基本から学べる研修制度があり、スタッフの約50%が未経験からスタート

元カフェ店員・販売・事務など異業種出身の方が多数活躍しています♪

Q.「休みはちゃんと取れますか?」

A.はいなんと業界では珍しい日曜固定休み

年間休日126日+有給消化率100%なので実質年休130日以上でしっかり休めます◎

「最短最速でスキルを伸ばしたい」という方は休日を調整し、バリバリ勤務いただくことも可能です。

【業務内容】

整体の施術を中心に、院内業務をお任せします

<未経験から入社後の流れはコチラ>

入社~5週目:現場に出ず座学や接客の研修

↓

6週目:現場に出ず技術研修

↓

7~8週目:店舗配属となり、施術ではなく受付や施術準備などからスタート

↓

9週目:既存のお客様の施術からスタート

↓

12週目:新規のお客様の施術もスタート

上記例のように整体院運営に必要なノウハウを幅広く伝授

20万円相当の丁寧な研修を会社負担で受けられるので、

知識や経験がなくても1からしっかり成長できます♪

・定休日:水曜、日曜(業界では珍しい日曜お休みです♪)
