ガーデンコート寒川は、住宅型有料老人ホームです。

落ち着いた雰囲気で、スタッフ同士の関係も良く、慌ただしさのない環境でケアができます。

【仕事内容(むずかしい作業なし)】

住宅型有料老人ホームで、利用者さまの日常生活をサポートするお仕事です。

  • 主なお仕事

・食事や入浴のお手伝い

・生活援助、見守り、簡単な記録

・(夜勤時)巡視、排泄介助、起床・就寝のお手伝い

一つひとつ丁寧に行うため、流れ作業のような介護ではありません。

基本給:日給 2万3200円 〜 2万3760円

・初任者研修:時給1,300円~

・実務者研修:時給1,320円~

・介護福祉士:時給1,340円~

・介護福祉士:1夜勤 23,760円

(実質時給:1,657円~1,697円/夜勤手当含む)

※介護福祉士+経験10年以上の方
