新規事業推進を統括する事業推進部において

業界団体の運営、その他付随する業務を担当いただきます。

  • 業務領域〇業界団体の運営:一般社団法人不動産クラウドファンディング協会ほか

    ・会員企業、国会議員、関係省庁との折衝

    ・イベント、社員総会等の企画・運営

    ・事業計画/予算の策定、規程類整備

    ・総務/経理業務

必須スキル

  • 不動産クラウドファンディングに関わる業務経験

    歓迎スキル

  • 総務、法務、経営企画等の部門間横断業務の経験

  • 契約書・プレゼン資料・規程類等のドキュメンテーション経験
  • 宅地建物取引士・不動産証券化協会認定マスター・証券外務員の資格保有者
  • 資産運用関係(不動産金融、銀行・信託・証券ほか金融機関、コンサルティング等)のサービスを扱う企業での業務経験
