\「幼稚園教諭免許」と「保育士資格」を両方活かせる。幼保連携の現場で、子どもたちの日常的な生活指導と専門的な教育指導をお願いします/

〇概要

幼保連携型認定こども園「舞子幼稚園」での保育業務全般をお任せします。

当園は1歳~年長までのクラスがあります。

〇具体的な仕事内容

・園児の担任業務・保育全般

・日々の保育計画立案

・保護者様との連絡調整

・保育環境の整備

・行事の企画・運営

・子どもたちの成長記録の作成

・おやつや給食の配膳サポート

・バス添乗

・預かり保育

※幼保連携型認定こども園のため、R12年以降、保育士と幼稚園教諭両方の資格が業務上必須になる見通しです。

大型自動車免許(必須)

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり164時間

1年単位の変形労働時間制

7:30~17:00(基本)

長期休暇中は、バスの運行がありませんので、勤務時間が短くなります。

その他は、園のカレンダーによる

※夕方バスの運行をお願いする場合があります。

休日休暇

  • 年間休日113日程度

※休日:土曜日・日曜日・祝祭日(行事の関係で出勤の場合あり)

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 20万4000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり6時間30分)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
