既存顧客へのルート営業をお願いします。
当社のお客様は、
静岡県内にあるさまざまな製造工場です。
自動車や製紙など多彩な産業が集まる静岡で、
「ものづくり」に取り組む企業それぞれのニーズを汲み取り、
必要とされる工作機械や工具を仕入れてご提供するのが、
私たち営業の役割です。
取り扱い商材は、ねじや工具などの消耗品から
様々な機械・産業用ロボット等、多種多様です。
当社の営業は飛び込み営業ではありません
営業スタイルは、
既にお取引のある企業様を訪問するルート営業が中心。
また、当社には専任の配送部門もありますが、
営業自身が納品に伺うことも多く、
その際に担当者の方と直接お話しできる
機会が生まれるのもこの仕事の魅力です。
入社後まずは、
既存得意先への配送で先輩と同行しながら
地域把握と客先担当者との関係性作りから始めていきます。
未経験の方でも先輩とのOJTで
丁寧に指導してもらえるので安心です。

営業職にも幅広い商品知識が求められます。
週に何度も様々なメーカーの方を招いて
実施されている商品勉強会や
関連資格を取るための勉強も営業をする上で役立ちます。
また、空気圧装置組立て技能士などの資格取得は
会社が支援してくれますし、
知識豊富な先輩方に教わることができるので、
とても勉強になりますよ。
