給与:

・総合職大学卒・大学院卒:月給260,000円(2025年4月実績)

(内訳:基本給195,000円+職務手当50,000円(固定残業代30時間分含む)+転勤手当15,000円※転居を伴う場合)

・総合職専門卒:月給240,000円(内訳:基本給185,000円+職務手当40,000円(固定残業代25時間分含む)+転勤手当15,000円※転居を伴う場合)

・賞与:年2回(6月・12月、昨年度実績4ヶ月分)

・昇給:年1回(4月)

・諸手当:マネジメント手当、役職手当、職務手当、転勤手当、扶養手当、住宅手当、別居手当、特定技能手当、時間外手当、ほか

給与モデル

年収目安:366万円~374万円(新卒想定)

30歳モデル年収:557万円(総合職/配偶者1名・子ども2名の場合)
