Job Description:
- Construction management, progress management, and safety management for construction sites of pump facilities and installation of equipment.
- Responsible for construction management tasks related to the new installation and maintenance of pump facilities in water purification plants and water distribution pump stations.
- Opportunity to work on projects involving regular maintenance of pump facilities installed 20 to 30 years ago.
Business Trips:
- Travel area: Primarily within the Kansai region with potential nationwide travel.
- Travel allowance: For less than 30 days - accommodation cost of ¥9,500/day, daily allowance of ¥2,100, and other allowances available.
Work Style:
- 125 annual holidays, with the possibility of working on holidays during busy periods. However, compensatory holidays are provided.
- Clearly defined busy and quiet periods, making it easier to manage overtime and take extended breaks.
- Average annual paid leave taken is 11.2 days.

Kubota Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., established on April 1, 2022, through the integration of Kubota Environmental Service Co., Ltd., Kubota Machine Works Co., Ltd., and Kubota Aqua Co., Ltd., all fully owned subsidiaries of Kubota Corporation.
