仕事内容:

プロジェクト担当者として、道内企業が抱える様々な経営課題に対するコンサルティングプロジェクトを担当頂きます。

(プロジェクトの例)

・ 中期ビジョン策定プロジェクト

・ 中期経営計画策定プロジェクト

・ 新規事業構想の策定・立ち上げ支援プロジェクト

・ 人事制度策定・導入支援プロジェクト

・ 原価管理手法構築プロジェクト

・ 管理部門業務代行、効率化プロジェクト

・ 経営者に対するコーチング・アドバイザリー支援

アピールポイント:

(1)経営全般に関する幅広いソリューション提供が可能

プロジェクトのテーマは、経営戦略立案、中期経営計画立案、理念・ビジョンの策定、人事制度構築、原価管理手法の構築、業務効率化、IT化・DX化、事業承継、従業員研修企画など幅広く、企業経営全般に渡る実践的なコンサルティングを経験することができます。

(2)経営者との距離感・伴走支援

カウンターパートは経営者(実権者)であることがほとんどであり、経営者の熱量をダイレクトに感じながら仕事を遂行することができます。

また「経営者に伴走する」ことを理念に掲げており、どうやったら会社が良くなるのかを考え、長期的にサポート(伴走)していくことで、企業・組織が変革・成長していく過程を実感できます。

(3)北洋銀行の営業基盤

北洋銀行の営業店が把握した組織課題に基づき紹介を受けてから対話・プロジェクト提案がスタートするため、新規の営業開拓業務がありません。また、信頼関係がある状態でお客様とのディスカッションに入れるため、早期に経営者から本音や課題を共有いただくことが可能です

求める人材:

下記、いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

(1)中小企業向け経営コンサルティング経験(コンサルティングの領域は不問)

(2)投資ファンドでのハンズオン支援経験

(3)金融機関での法人ソリューション経験

※会計士・中小企業診断士の有資格者歓迎します。

勤務時間・曜日:

フレックスタイム制(標準労働時間7時間20分/日、コアタイム無し)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

・年間休日120日(夏季休暇・年末年始休暇)

・有給休暇(入社半年経過後に10日付与)

・その他(子の看護等休暇等)

勤務地:

・道内各地への出張あり(日帰り~2日程度/回)、出張手当支給

・受動喫煙防止措置:喫煙室設置

アクセス:

・最寄り駅・・・各線「大通駅」地下直結

・車通勤不可

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥8,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥118,354〜¥189,366(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

年間俸給額の16分の1を毎月の給与として支給し、残りの半分ずつを6月・12月に賞与として支給

月給:312,500~500,000円

賞与(夏冬合計):1,250,000~2,000,000円

上記額にはみなし残業代(月45時間分、118,354円~189,366円)を含みます。※超過分は全額支給します
