ACCOUNTABILITIES:
定められたトレーニングを受け、目視検査に必要な検査員資格を取得する。
検査員資格を半年に1度更新するために、定められた試験を受ける。(検査員資格を取得した最初の1年間は3か月に1度試験を受ける)
目視検査を通して、容器の外観上の欠陥、ストッパー無し、製品中の異物、製品の沈殿または変色、全体的な充填不足または充填過剰の容器など、容器の完全性の不良を特定する。
SOPに定められた手順に基づき、自動検査機やバイアル集積装置、キャップ印字検査機の操作を行う。
製造指図記録書および点検記録書等の文書を詳細かつ正確に理解し記録する。
医薬品製造設備の清掃手順に沿って、清掃を実施する。
医薬品製造(検査)の遂行に関連した一切の段取り業務を行う。
内部SOPおよびcGMPガイドラインの指示に従い、様々な日常のルーティーン業務を行う。
医薬製造機械の品目切替の作業を行う。
トラブルに関連する問題の是正措置を特定し、対応する。
担当業務単位操作の記録を行う。
必要な工程内製品品質チェックとその記録を正確に実施する。
業務を安全かつ効率的に遂行する。
チームの一員として、他者と協力して仕事をする。
オペレーターのOJTを支援する。
新たな職務に就くときは教育を実施しOJT完了後職務に従事する。
安全な方法で業務を完了する。
ファンクションリーダー(スーパーバイザー)に問題を効果的に伝える。
すべてのcGMP、コンプライアンス/規制上の義務および品質要件を順守する。
継続的改善機会(AGILE)の特定と実施を支援/関与/主導する。
その他、部門目標、タケダイズムに合致した関連業務を担当する。
教育、行動能力、スキル:
高校卒業資格以上。
計量及び計量のシステムに関する知識。
機械装置の基本的な理解と制御システムの作動原理。
減算、乗算、除算、比率、およびパーセンテージを理解する数学的能力。
電卓およびPC(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)を使う能力。
SOP文書および製造指図記録書を含む口頭および書面の両方の指示に従う能力。
データおよびバッチ情報を正確に記録する能力。
単独で行う作業とチームで行う作業の両方で働く能力。
SOPを理解し、結果を文書化するために、日本語の読み書きに精通している。
医薬品の包装設備を運転する能力。
cGMPの要求基準を満たす能力。
新規オペレーターへのOJTを支援する能力。

Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
