【仕事内容】

既にお付き合いのあるお取引先を中心に、

自社食品商品のご提案をお任せします

扱うのは、スーパーなどで目にする身近な商品。

「売り込む」というより、関係づくりを大切にする営業です。

・取引先への訪問、打ち合わせ

・提案資料の作成、事前準備

・受注後の社内調整(製造・物流部門との連携)

【必須条件】

・営業経験がある方

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)

・食品メーカー・問屋商社の経験ある方

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

8:00~17:00(実働8時間/休憩あり)

  • 残業平均15時間
  • メリハリをつけて働ける勤務スタイルです

・土日休み(※会社カレンダーによる)

※繁忙期(連休前・6〜8月など)は出勤の場合あり

給与詳細


基本給:月給 26万円 〜 32万円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給 260,000円〜320,000円

固定残業:あり

固定残業代:30,000円/月

想定残業時間:15時間/月

昇給:年1回

賞与:年2回(7月、12月)

※みなし残業代・手当含む

・みなし残業代(15時間分/30,000円)

・在宅勤務手当(30,000円)

※超過分は別途全額支給

※ご年齢やご経験により給与スタート値は変動いたします

※あくまでも月給モデルとなります
