Role Description
Azabu University is seeking a full-time on-site Senior Lecturer to join our academic team in Sagamihara. Responsibilities include designing and delivering lectures, developing course content, supervising student research, and supporting extracurricular academic activities.
The role also entails conducting advanced research, contributing to departmental initiatives, and fostering collaboration with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
The Senior Lecturer will provide mentorship to students and participate in curriculum improvement to ensure academic excellence.Qualifications
Advanced knowledge and experience in research, academic writing, and curriculum development
Proficiency in teaching, student mentorship, and academic guidance
Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively deliver lectures and facilitate discussions
Collaborative and leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a positive academic environment
PhD in a relevant discipline
Experience in interdisciplinary research related to animal science and human sciences is an advantage
Proficiency in both English and Japanese is highly desirable
