We are recruiting outstanding PhD researchers in science and engineering to participate in industry–university–research collaboration projects with leading universities, research institutes, and technology-driven enterprises.

Both remote (online/part-time) collaboration and on-site full-time roles are available, depending on mutual interest and project needs.

Partner institutions across Jiangsu Province include research-intensive universities, applied research institutes, and publicly listed companies with strong international visibility and advanced R&D platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct independent and/or collaborative research projects

Publish high-quality research outcomes in peer-reviewed journals

Participate in applied research and technology transfer initiatives

Apply for competitive research funding (domestic or international)

Supervise graduate students or junior researchers (role-dependent)

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across academia and industry

Compensation & Support

Annual Compensation:
USD 100,000 – 300,000+ (negotiable, based on role and experience)

Research Startup Funding:
Up to USD 400,000

Housing & Relocation Support:
Up to USD 400,000 (housing subsidies, rental support, or settlement assistance)
