This role focuses on documentation, coordination, and process support within automotive vehicle cybersecurity projects. You will support cybersecurity-related activities by organizing technical information, creating and reviewing documents, and coordinating across internal teams.
This position is not a hands-on cybersecurity engineering role - strong comprehension, logical thinking, and documentation skills are the key success factors. Cybersecurity knowledge can be learned on the job.
Responsibilities
Support vehicle cybersecurity design and development activities through documentation and coordination
Organize technical information from various technical documents and reviews
Create, review, and maintain technical and process documentation
Support process construction and regulatory compliance activities
Coordinate internally across vehicle types and related teams
Support continuous improvement activities
Summarize discussions, issues, and decisions clearly for stakeholders
Requirements
Strong ability to read, understand, and organize technical documents
Ability to extract key points and issues and summarize them logically
Excellent comprehension and logical thinking skills
Ability to create structured documents using:
Excel
Word
PowerPoint
Ability to review documents and provide clear, structured feedback
Japanese: Native level (reading & writing essential)
Cybersecurity experience is NOT required - This role prioritizes thinking, structuring, and documentation, not hands-on security implementation.
Nice to have:
Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, or software systems
Experience with automotive systems, including:
In-vehicle networks
ECUs
Automotive E/E development environments
