仕事内容


保育園の先生や施設の管理者からの、専用アプリに関するお問い合わせに対応します。

主なお問い合わせ内容

・アプリの使い方について

・製品や機能に関する質問

・注文、配送、支払い、返品・交換の確認

3月末まではメール・チャット対応が中心です。

業務に慣れてきた後、4月以降は電話での対応もお願いします。

専用システムを使用しますが、

AIが会話を文字化する補助機能 があるため、入力の負担は少なめです。
