As an INDIRECT REGIONAL SUPPLIER MANAGER, you will support developing a category strategies and ensure alignment with Global and Regional Category Supplier Managers as well as key internal stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute to strategic sourcing activities by analyzing supplier capabilities and industry trends, and by assisting in negotiation planning and execution. Through effective category strategy management, you will help strengthen internal partnerships and enhance cost efficiency, supply continuity, and overall operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities
Category Management & Strategic Sourcing

• Support monitoring supplier performance and stakeholder feedback
• Analyze sourcing trends and updating category strategies

Cost Management & Analysis

• Identify cost saving opportunities through data review
• Utilize should-cost models for assigned categories that are benchmarked and relevant to the global marketplace

Negotiation

• Support contract renewals, price negotiation utilizing should -cost analysis and other relevant data
• Manage RFx activities incorporating saving targets and contract requirements

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with Stakeholders to support procurement activities
• Maintain effective working relationships that contribute the cost and supply stability

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Procurement, Engineering or Supply chain management. Applicant without direct experience in these fields, but demonstrated strong interest and leadership skill will be considered as well
• A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Communication skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders
