【仕事内容】
名古屋市港区・中川区を中心とした利用者様のご自宅にて、生活援助や身体介護をお任せします。
~~ 具体的には
〇生活援助(掃除・洗濯・調理など)が約7割
〇身体介護(入浴・排泄介助など)が約3割
〇1日の訪問件数は3~5件程度
〇移動は社用車または自家用車を使用
〇1対1のため、他のスタッフや利用者様に急に呼ばれるストレスなし
~~ 入社後について
入社後は代表や先輩スタッフが同行し、自信が持てるまで丁寧にサポートします。代表は看護師資格も持っているため、介護の手順だけでなく「なぜこのケアが必要か」という医学的な根拠も交えてお教えします。未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。

【「お局様」はいません】
2025年10月に開設したばかり。古い慣習や派閥、厳しい上下関係は一切ありません。休憩中は皆でお菓子を持ち寄り、家族の話で笑い合えるフランクな雰囲気です。
【代表は3児のママ看護師】
代表自身も子育て中。お子さんの急な発熱などには「お互い様」で対応します。また看護師としての知識があるため、医療的な判断に迷った時も即座にフォローします。
【日曜は「絶対」お休み】
会社自体がお休みなので、日曜に仕事を頼むことは絶対にありません。残業も月平均30分程度。仕事とプライベートのメリハリをつけ、心にゆとりを持って働けます。
【「変化」に気づける喜び】
施設のように時間に追われることなく、一人ひとりとじっくり向き合えます。「食欲が出てきた」「外に出る意欲が湧いた」といった小さな変化を一緒に喜べる仕事です。

勤務時間詳細
総労働時間:1週あたり40時間
8:30~17:30(実働8時間、休憩1時間)
※残業は月平均30分前後と少なめですが、訪問状況により予定より遅くなった場合は、翌営業日に時間を調整するなど、無理なく働けるよう配慮しています。
