Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
General accounting tasks in accordance with IFRS (monthly, quarterly and annual accounts)
Reporting to the Swiss Head Office via the consolidated financial reporting package
Cash management
Tax reporting and tax reform in collaboration with tax advisor
Corporate Law financial statements preparation, Construction Industry Law financial reporting
Internal audits, external audits, and tax audit support by Swiss headquarters
Operation of internal control system, guidance on control
Compliance with the Subcontract Act and the Construction Industry Act
Supplier management, terms and conditions management
ERP system improvement and defect handling (in cooperation with SAP team in Switzerland/India)
Other business support
