各種施策の企画・予算計画の立案など

プレイングマネージャーとして

実務と管理をお任せしていきます。

・人事総務経験(工場総務など)

・運送業界経験者

・グループ子会社の管理・運営の経験

・ISOなどの申請経験(許認可など)

・社内規程管理(制定・改定など)

・BCP(BCM)の策定および管理

・経営会議、株主総会などの会議運営

・設備の管理(ネットワーク含む)

・労基、年金事務所などの監査対応

・プロジェクト経験

・トラブル対応の経験

・スタッフの指導、育成

  • 今回は経験者の採用です。
  • 部門としては業務が多岐にわたるため

いずれかの経験があれば活かしてご活躍いただけます。

課長または管理職候補としての採用を行います。

ただスタートは実務メインですので

マネジメント経験があれば尚良いのですが

直近の実務経験を重視いたします。

基本給:月給 27万5000円 〜 35万5000円

固定残業代:なし
