【Job Summary】
このチャネル・チーム・リード (CTL)のポジションは、北海道エリアを中心に、Amazonと業務委託契約を締結する配送ストアの開拓、契約、及び配送オペレーションを推進し、配送ストアのパフォーマンス管理やオペレーション計画の実行をサポートします。

・新規配送パートナー/ストアの開拓を通じて、Amazonの配送ネットワーク拡大に貢献
・新規配送パートナー/ストアとの協業を通じて、配送品質や顧客体験を改善
・オペレーションを直接支える役割として、目標に対しての改善や成果を実感できる
・多様な関係者との調整を通じて、営業・オペレーション双方のスキルを習得

【パートナーシップマネジメント】
・新規配送パートナー/ストアの開拓および契約推進
・配送パートナー/ストアに対するAmazon配送モデルのトレーニングやコーチング
・配送パートナー/ストアの目標達成(配送量/配送品質)を実現
・配送パートナー/ストア訪問や派遣社員との連携を通じた信頼関係の構築

【オペレーション管理】
・配送パートナー/ストアの配送パフォーマンスをモニタリングし、定期的にレポート作成
・担当エリアにおける配送オペレーションから発生する日々のトラブル対応
・社内の関係部署と協業し、配送プロセスの改善を推進

【業務改善・効率化】
・パフォーマンス低下の原因分析と改善策の提案
・配送パートナー/ストアの契約継続率向上を目的とした施策の実行

Basic Qualifications:
- ・4年制大学卒、社会人経験2年以上
- ・ビジネスレベルの日本語力

Preferred Qualifications:
- ・1年以上の物流、営業、コンサル経験など
- ・周囲との円滑なコミュニケーションを通じて信頼関係を構築できる方
- ・フィードバックを前向きに受け止め、学びや改善に積極的に取り組める方

- ・ビジネスレベルのエクセル操作(基本的な関数やピボットテーブルが扱えるレベル)
