社内のソフトウェア生産設備の設計構築及び、社内向けのソフトウェア生産管理ツールの開発保守を行うインフラ技術者を募集いたします。

  • 業務内容

インフラ技術者としては、IT基盤技術を活かした社内ソフトウェア開発環境の設計導入から維持管理、社内ソフトウェア開発支援システムの構築まで幅広い業務をご担当いただきます。

具体的には、

所内開発環境に対して、その時点で求められるインフラ技術・プラットフォーム技術を適用し開発環境の設計・導入を推進する。部内で共通的に実施するソフトウェア開発技術の構築について、インフラ面でのサポートを実施する。

防衛装備品、衛星システム及び衛星地上システム向けソフトウェアの開発

- 管理課

  • ソフトウエア開発、 生産おけるQCD確保のための仕組み作り及び支援や部内経営管理にかかわる事項(EPG)、及びソフトウェア開発環境の検討・構築、及びソフトウエア生産設備設計・構築・管理(H/WとSW)にかかわる事項(インフラ技術)を担当

  • ソフトウェアの開発に対する品質・工程管理を、第三者として客観的に、またプロジェクト横断的に実施/サポートし、ソフトウェア開発管理(QCD-R)の強化を担当

スタッフ部門として、ソフトウェア開発プロセスやルールの制定・改善を実施できる。また、統合開発環境の構築・整備、クラウド環境の導入・構築等、部内でも先端的な技術を使用した業務を実施できる。また、環境構築にあたっては、セキュリティ面等様々な制約があるが、その制約を克服して環境を構築することにより、技術スキルの向上も実現できる。

部内で開発している防衛向け、衛星システム向けソフトウェア開発を対象としており、対象工事のプロジェクト管理や開発インフラの設計・導入、整備保守等の幅広い活動を実施しています。

・平均残業時間:20時間/月

・テレワーク頻度:基本は工場で勤務、調整により1日/週程度可

・ソフトウェア開発環境(仮想環境、クラウド、セキュリティ、CI/CD)の構築の経験をお持ちの方

待遇

【勤務条件】

- 雇用形態:正社員

  • 試用期間:3ヶ月(試用期間中の労働条件変更無)

  • 賃金形態:月給制

  • 月給:26万円〜

  • 想定年収:450万円 〜 1,100万円(経験・役割等による)

  • 残業手当:有(残業時間に応じて支給。深夜勤務、休日手当は別途支給有。)

  • 賃金改定:年1回(4月)

  • 賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

  • 退職金:有

- 就業時間:8:45〜17:15
