By utilizing stablecoins—digital currencies pegged to legal tender—the company aims to enable fast, low-cost, and convenient international remittances.

As the Lead Backend Engineer, you will be at the forefront of launching an entirely new system to drive a major new business initiative. To build this system, an ideal engineering environment must be established—this requires someone to lead and shape the team from the ground up.

You'll play a key role in defining the development processes, team culture, and operational frameworks that enable engineers to perform at their highest efficiency. This role offers both the excitement and challenges of forming a brand-new team from scratch.

■Required

・Experience implementing development infrastructure at the launch of a new project, including defining development rules, establishing review processes, and creating repository strategies

・Experience working with product managers to identify necessary components for system development and documenting them in design documents (e.g., Design Docs)

・Experience sharing technical knowledge through pair programming, mob programming, and code walkthroughs

・Experience making rational technical decisions based on a balance of business, organizational, and technical factors

・Experience designing environments that ensure internal quality and support sustainable system operations from a mid- to long-term perspective

・Experience implementing code in statically typed languages (e.g., Go, C/C++, Java, Rust, Scala), with an understanding of language-specific characteristics

・Foundational knowledge in algorithms, data structures, networking, security, and design patterns
