仕事内容:

★【ロボットを見守るメンテナンススタッフ|未経験スタート歓迎】★

工場で働くロボットたち。

実は「ちゃんと動いてるかな?」と日々チェックしている人がいます。

それが、今回募集する ロボット点検・メンテナンススタッフ。

専門知識や経験は一切不要。

「なんとなく機械が好き」「将来に強い仕事がしたい」

その気持ちがあれば、スタートラインに立てます。

◆どんなことをする仕事?

最初に任されるのは、とてもシンプルな作業から。

・ロボットや設備に異常がないかチェック

・決められた項目に沿って点検

・簡単な清掃や部品の入れ替え

・動きがおかしくないかの確認

・先輩の作業のサポート

いきなり修理を任されたり、

「原因を自分で考えて」なんてことはありません。

まずは チェックシート通りに進めるだけ でOKです。

勤務時間・曜日:

<研修中>

8:30~17:30

所定労働時間8時間、休憩1時間

<研修後>

配属先によって異なる

※例:8:30~17:30の勤務、2交替制(8:15~17:10、20:05~翌5:05)等、配属先により様々な働き方がございます。

※変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)の場合もございます。

※働き方はご相談ください

休暇・休日:

・年間休日115日以上

・完全週休2日 or 月8日以上(配属先による)

給与:

・残業手当は100%支給します

・賞与/年2回
