・品質の向上
関心の分離を意識したモジュール分割、依存性注入、ロジックとUIの分離、自動テストなどを実施しアプリの品質を高めています。QAエンジニアと連携し、テストプロセスの改善や効率化にも取り組んでいます。
・コードの改善とメンテナンス
コードの継続的なリファクタリングやGoogleが推奨する設計思想の採用により新規メンバーの学習コストの低減を目指しています。

最新技術のキャッチアップを欠かさず、導入も積極的に検討しています。他のプロダクトのAndroidエンジニアとの技術交流を通じてスキルアップを目指しています。
