研究開発職として、大規模言語モデル(LLM)の先端技術開発によりフォーカスした役割を担っていただきます。この職務には、LLMに関する一定の知識と技術力が求められますが、新しい分野であるため現有スキルにも増して、技術を学びながら成長していける意欲とポテンシャルを持つ方を歓迎します。また、LLMをビジネスに適用するため、技術だけでなくビジネス適用現場を理解しようという意欲があることが重要です。

【具体的な職務内容】

LLMを適用可能な顧客ユースケースの探索から、基礎技術の研究、実際のアプリケーション開発、事業部に対するアプリケーションの引き渡しに至るまでの一連のプロセスを担っていただきます。

主な業務内容

・LLMの継続事前学習およびファインチューニング

・新しいLLM技術のリサーチと知識の取得

・研究成果の学会や会議での発表

・LLMの最適ユースケースの探索と提案

・LLM技術の市場ニーズの分析と調査

・LLMを実用化するためのWebシステムの設計と開発

・LLMを実用化するためのモバイルアプリの設計と開発

・現場事業部と連携し、LLMを活用した顧客へのソリューション提案支援

【求める人材】

・大規模言語モデル:LLMに関する基本的な知識を有し活用経験があること

・プログラミングスキル:Pythonに習熟しPyTorch、TensorFlowなどの活用経験があること

・深層学習の知識:オープンソース化されたディープラーニングモデルをチューニングすることができること

・クラウド基盤に関する知識: AWS、Azure、GCPなどの主要なクラウドサービスプロバイダーに関する実務的な知識があること

・コミュニケーション能力: 事業部と連携し顧客のニーズを正確に理解したり、技術的な詳細をわかりやすく説明できる能力があること

【給与】

年収930~1800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
