Position Title:
Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM)

Area of Requirement:
Camp Zama, Japan


Scope:
Supports CMM in overseeing O&M functions and assumes responsibilities during absence.


Duties:
Acts for contractor in daily operations of the contract at assigned site.
Coordinates work assignments, supervises staff, and supports reporting to Government.
Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.


Mandatory Experience & Certifications:
Meets same qualifications as CMM (3 years healthcare O&M, 5 years commercial buildings, supervisory experience).


Preferred / Desirable Certifications:
ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).


Language Proficiency:
English - Level III proficiency.
Japanese - Level III proficiency Speak, Write and Understand Japanese
