Job Location: Camp Zama - Zama, Kanagawa, Japan

Position Title: Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM)

Area of Requirement: Camp Zama, Japan

Scope:

Supports CMM in overseeing O&M functions and assumes responsibilities during absence.

Duties:

  • Acts for contractor in daily operations of the contract at assigned site.
  • Coordinates work assignments, supervises staff, and supports reporting to Government.
  • Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Mandatory Experience & Certifications:

  • Meets same qualifications as CMM (3 years healthcare O&M, 5 years commercial buildings, supervisory experience).

Preferred / Desirable Certifications:

  • ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).

Language Proficiency:

  • English – Level III proficiency.
  • Japanese – Level III proficiency Speak, Write and Understand Japanese
