仕事内容

生産計画の作成・管理や社内外の連絡調整を

行い、モノづくりを円滑に進める仕事です。

その一環として、業務効率化(DX)にも

取り組みます。

・生産計画作成および生産・出荷進捗管理

・材料発注、その他生産活動に付随する

各種購買業務

・社内外(受注先、外注先、物流業者、製造

現場等)との連絡調整

・データベース管理(Microsoft Access)

・DX推進による業務効率化

現場実習で、生産計画に基づく製造現場の

動きや受注~出荷までの一連の流れ等

柔軟に日々の生産計画を調整します。

計画通り生産・納品できた時はもちろん

設備トラブル発生時等に計画を修正し

滞りなく納品できた時の達成感は抜群

給与詳細


基本給:月給 21万円 〜 22万5000円

固定残業代:なし

・大学・大学院卒業:225,000円

・高専卒業:220,000円

・短大・専門学校卒業:210,000円

【手当】

・通勤手当:上限40,000円/月

・住宅手当:上限15,000円/月

※家賃または住宅ローン月額の25%

・家族手当:7,000円/人・月

※扶養の親、22歳以下の子3人まで
