企業情報 2017年に創業した「新たな社会課題に挑戦する人のキャリア・学びを支援」するベンチャー企業です。 「変化の時代に適した、学びのエコシステムを共創する」をミッションに、サステナビリティ領域に特化した転職・採用支援サービス「サスキャリ」を運営しています。 直近数年で黒字経営を継続させながら事業成長を加速させており、ミッションに共感し、共に会社を創り上げてくださる方を募集しています。 詳しい会社の軌跡・今後の戦略については以下を御覧ください。 ポジションの概要 具体的な業務内容 会社の中核メンバーとして、サステナビリティ・ESG領域における転職支援サービス「サスキャリ」の非連続な事業成長を牽引するポジションです。 事業開発、求職者向けのキャリアコンサルティング、企業向けの採用コンサルティングに従事していただきます。 ポジション・会社の魅力 ・経営陣と共に事業創りができるため、経営視点や事業開発能力が身に付きます。 ・キャリア方針の壁打ちにより、自分らしさや内発的動機が伴ったテーマ・役割で事業創りを推進することができます。 ・自身及び仲間の深い理解を重視するカルチャー・プロセスがあるため、組織においてつながり実感を得られます。 キャリアパス STEP0:キャリア方針と目標の設定 ・入社前後のタイミングで、チームメンバーの伴走を受けながら、キャリアの棚卸しと今後の方針・目標の設定を実施します。 ・自身が内発的に動機付きそうなテーマ、役割、得意・不得意な学び方、リーダーシップの取り方などを整理して入社後の目標に組み込みます。 STEP1:コンサルティングセールスに従事 ・キャリアコンサルティングや法人セールス業務に従事するだけでなく、事業利益やKPIを管理するダッシュボードを構築し、改善施策を実行していただきます。 ・キャリアコンサルティングにおいては、求職者の方の現職での悩みヒアリング、サステナビリティにおける体系的なキャリアパスの提案、面接やケース対策、オファー交渉などを実施し、採用コンサルティングにおいては新規商談~クロージング、既存クライアントに対する採用ターゲティングや訴求コンテンツのコンサルティングなどを実施します。 STEP2:コンサルティングセールス以外の領域に役割を拡張 ・事業のバリューチェーンにおける上流から下流までを一気通貫で見ていただけるよう、役割範囲を拡張していただきます。 ・コンサルティングセールスにおけるマネージャーとしてメンバーマネジメントをしていただくことや、マーケティング、採用、組織開発等に従事していただくことを想定しています。 STEP3:事業責任者として裁量を持って事業成長をけん引 ・既存事業の成長、もしくは隣接分野の新規事業開発を手がけていただきます。 ・すでに周辺領域で複数の事業アイデアがあり、今後10年以内に10個以上のプロダクトを立ち上げることを目標としています。 代表メッセージ はじめまして、代表の白土です。 「事業開発&コンサルティングセールス」求人を見ていただきありがとうございます。 リバースネットは創業後数年に試行錯誤期間があり、大きな挫折も経験しました。 そんな中、自分らしさと今後の社会からの要請の双方を含んだ形でミッションと事業を再構築し、ミッションに共感する仲間に加わっていただくことで、以前よりも安定して挑戦できる基盤が整ってきました。 今後の10年は改めての再創業フェーズとなります。 次世代の大人の学びの課題を解決する事業群を創造するためには、本テーマと自身の動機が重なり、経営マインドと事業運営能力、リーダーシップを共に高めていく仲間がたくさん必要となります。 ご自身の内発的な動機が弊社ミッションと重なりそうな方、長期にわたって仲間と共に事業創造に熟達していきたいと思われる方のご応募を、心からお待ちしております。

・年収500~900万円(月45時間の固定残業代含む) ・ストックオプション制度も構築し、配布予定
