仕事内容:

グループホーム青戸は、地域に根ざした介護事業を展開する社会福祉法人すこやか福祉会が運営する施設です。

高齢者や要介護者、障害を持つ方々が住み慣れた地域で安心して暮らせるよう、専門的な介護サービスを提供しています。

あなたにお任せするのは、グループホームの夜間介護業務全般。

少人数の入居者様との関わりの中で、その方の人間らしさを尊重し、個別性のある支援ができるやりがいのある仕事です。

夕食・朝食のサポート、排泄介助やおむつ交換、就寝・起床時のモーニングケア、記録業務、見回りやコール対応など、

ご利用者様の生活をサポートします。勤務時間は16時30分~翌9時30分(実働14.5時間、休憩150分)で、

月6回以上の勤務。夜勤専従だからこそ、リズムを整えて働きやすい環境をつくることができます。

勉強会や研修制度、事例検討会が充実しており、働きながらスキルが伸ばせるよう「学び」の機会を多く設けています。

①【出産のとき】

出産見舞金が受けられ、元気に子育てが出来ます

②【医療費支給あり】

グループ内での医療機関を受診したときに支給されます(※共済会制度で給付を認めた院所に限ります)

③【産前産後休暇・病気や怪我で休んだとき】

傷病見舞金が受けられ、安心して療養出来ます

※社会保険とあわせ平均給与の約96.6%が保障されます。

④【病気や怪我で入院したとき】

傷病で医療機関に入院したときの医療費(健保本人一部負担金)が『入院見舞金』として90%支給されます。

⑤【退職されるとき】

退職者慰労会の会員が、所定の条件を満たして退職する場合、『退職一時金』または『退職者慰労金』が受給できます。

⑥【ご不幸にあわれたとき】

指定職員本人、またはご家族に不幸があった場合、状況により2万円〜最大250万円の給付があります。
