共に成長できるお仕事

学校が終わった後の見守りがメイン。

通常の学童保育よりも少人数です。

児童10名に対し、スタッフ4名の配置で

じっくり保育ができます。

特別な知識・経験は不要年齢

保育士、または児童指導員の要件を

満たす方であればOKです。

*教員免許や心理学・社会学専攻の

4年生大学を卒業されている方など

(要件は下記に記載)

18時退勤、残業ほぼなし

家庭との両立が無理なくできる勤務時間です。

仕事内容

  • 児童発達支援・放課後等デイサービスで、

    軽度の障がいを持つ子どもたちと一緒に遊びながらサポートを行います。

    長期のブランクがあっても大丈夫。1ヶ月のお試し勤務や1日見学が可能で、無理なくスタートできます。

子どもたちと楽しく遊びながら、成長を見守る役割です。要件を満たせば経験がなくても始められるシンプルなお仕事なので、子どもと接することが好きな方にぴったりです。
- スペースキッズでは、ガチガチの療育カリキュラムはありません。

子どもたちが大好きな遊びやスポーツを通して、自然な関わりの中で支援を行なっています。

・児童指導員任用資格

・教員免許をお持ちの方(小・中・高・特別支援)

・社会福祉士

・精神保健福祉士

・4年制大学の社会福祉学、心理学、教育学、社会学部を卒業

・保育士

  • 普通自動車免許(必須)
