仕事内容:

修明学園は、「人にやさしい風土」を大切にしています。

生徒だけでなく、働く社員一人ひとりが安心して成長できる環境づくりを目指しています。

今回募集するのは、小学生を中心とした学習塾講師。

少人数制の授業スタイルで、生徒の表情や反応を見ながら一人ひとりに合わせたサポートを行います。

"わかった"という瞬間を一緒に喜び合えるのが、この仕事の一番のやりがいです。

「講師の経験なんてないけど大丈夫かな…」

「特に得意な科目があるわけじゃないけど、子どもが好き」

そんな方も、どうぞご安心ください。

入社後は約1カ月間の研修で、授業の進め方・教え方のコツ・教材の扱い方まで丁寧に学べます。

初めは先輩講師と一緒に授業へ入り、授業中のサポートから少しずつ担当範囲を広げていく流れです。

教育業界未経験からスタートした講師も多数在籍しており、サポート体制も万全です。

また、残業や持ち帰り業務は原則なし。

授業の準備や振り返りも勤務時間内で完結できるよう、教室全体で協力し合っています。

年間休日119日、午後からのゆったり出勤で、仕事とプライベートの両立もしやすい職場です。

<主な業務内容>

・小学生への授業運営(中学受験・補習対応)

・保護者面談・学習相談

・教材・プリントの準備、授業資料の作成

・教室運営の補助、イベント対応

教員免許は不要です

ブランクのかたもOK

◎小学生・中学生の複数科目の指導が可能な方

◎ご自身が中学受験の経験をお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※13:00~22:00

※持ち帰り業務などはありません

※季節講習や社内研修、全社での会議などで、午前中の出社になる場合もございます。

◎月の残業少なめだからこそメリハリを持って働けます。

プライベートも充実させたいという方にピッタリです。

※基本的に学園本部に出社し、曜日、授業時間帯で各教室へ移動します。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
