営業のサポートをしていただき、受注後の打合せ→発注→現場作業をする仕事です。

現場段取り調整→営業と打合せに同席し、クライアントと情報を共有したものを基に資材、職人、運搬トラックの発注から現場の段取り

現場管理→施工当日には現場に赴き、クライアントと情報共有したり、職人へ指示をして現場を完成させる業務をお任せします。※営業アシスタントから営業への転向も可能です。

既存の取引先が9割。大きなイベント等は毎年同じ年間スケジュール感で作業をしていくので、繁忙期と閑散期が分かりやすく、仕事の波に慣れればプライベートの予定も立てやすい仕事です。誰もが知っている音楽フェスやハロウィン・クリスマス、年末年始など季節のイベント。展示会の設置などを実施フェスやイベント好きにはピッタリです

<1日の流れ>

▼9:30 就業開始〜12:00(休憩1時間)

▼13:00〜15:00(30分小休憩)

▼15:30〜17:30(就業終了)

※残業が発生した場合は別途残業支給

(夕食は会社で支給)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:30~17:30(休憩時間 1時間30分)

※12時休憩1時間、15時休憩30分あり

◆1日6.5時間の短時間勤務(現場の場合は現場スケジュールの時間となります)

◆閑散期は残業なし

◆繁忙期は現場にもよりますが残業時間があります。

◆現場作業の場合は、案件の工程により開始時間や終了時間が様々(早朝・夜勤等もあり)です。

◆夏はフェス、秋口はクリスマスイベントが多く残業が発生しますが、仕事が落ち着いている時期は基本的に定時帰宅が可能です。

休暇・休日:

週休2日制(日祝日休み)

◆約月8日〜10日休み

→現場によって日祝出勤の場合は振替取得は100%取れます勤怠のソフトを使用しているので取得漏れは絶対ありません

※日祝以外はシフト制

◆年間休日:約120日

◆有給休暇:10日以上取得可能

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給¥250,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥49,600(34時間相当分)を含む。34時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給:25万円以上

3年目380万円 月収27万円(未経験入社)

5年目400万円 月収29万円(未経験入社)

※出張が発生した場合は別途で手当が支給されます。
