仕事内容:

クラッチディスク・プレート・ベアリングの「材料準備」「加工」「組立」「調整」「検査」を担当します。

【工程①:材料準備】

・金属・樹脂部品確認

・数量チェック

・作業台セット

・整理整頓

【工程②:加工】

・切削・穴あけ・研磨

・寸法確認

・初品チェック

・仕分け

【工程③:組立】

・ディスク・プレート・ベアリング組付

・ネジ固定

・位置確認

・仮組みチェック

【工程④:調整】

・回転・摩擦確認

・動作チェック

・異常確認

・作業記録

【工程⑤:検査】

・寸法・外観確認

・動作確認

・不良品仕分け

・梱包・出荷準備
