建設現場施工管理サービス「Buildee」シリーズ「Buildee調整会議」は、多くの作業員が同時進行で作業を行う建設現場で安全面の観点から義務付けられている、翌日の作業の連絡・調整などを行うWebサービスです。
現在は主にホワイトボードで行われている連絡・調整の手間と時間が大幅に削減されます。
「Buildee労務安全」「Buildee入退場管理」も加わり、現在大手ゼネコンやハウスメーカーなどの導入や問い合わせが相次いでいます。
フルスタックエンジニアとして、当社のサービスである以下いずれかにおいて、5名程度のチームをまとめるチームリーダーを目指していただくポジションです。
また、建築業界のDX化を支援する様々な自社サービスを展開しており、今後新たにリリース予定の自社サービスも含め、ご経験や志向性にマッチしたプロジェクトに参画いただくことを想定しております。
Buildeeプロジェクトは2種類あり、大きく機能で分かれており、「労務安全プロジェクト」と「調整会議プロジェクト」です。
各プロジェクトには複数のチームがあり、チームはお客様企業ごとに分かれています。
そのチームを取りまとめるのがチームリーダーであり、今回募集しているポジションとなります。
チームにはチームリーダー以外に協力会社メンバーとなり、そのメンバーをマネジメントします。
お客様は基本的に大手ゼネコン様となります。
今後、更に機能追加も不可欠と考えており、業務を通して様々な提案をしていただくことも大歓迎です。
【具体的な主業務】
少人数(3~5名程度)のチームをまとめながら、開発をスムーズに進めるためにタスク管理やメンバーごとの進捗管理を行っていただきます。
一つのサービスに限らず、複数のサービスの案件に携わります。
業界に与えるインパクトが大きいサービスの開発に、コアメンバーとして携われるポジションです。
・機能開発におけるプロジェクトの推進
・担当案件の要件定義、基本設計、開発からリリースまで一連のプロダクト開発業務および、スケジューリング、品質管理
・担当チーム開発メンバーの進捗管理・タスク調整、PMへの報告
