【仕事内容】:
企業や工場、一般住宅など
建物の屋根に関するお悩みを伺い
工事や修理、点検などのご提案を行います。
誠実なご提案を行うため、
チームで協力しながら
建物や屋根の状態などを見極め
解決策をご提案しています。
お問い合わせからの営業が中心ですが
余裕のある時に新規の営業先へ
伺う場合もあります。
入社後の流れ
まずは先輩に同行し仕事の流れを覚えます。
1ヶ月もすれば、基本的なことは掴めますが、
お客様に工事の内容などを説明できるよう
屋根の知識・修理方法などは、
社内勉強会で丁寧にお教えします。
メーカーさんに来ていただく
定期的な勉強会もあるため、
未経験の方でも安心して慣れていけますよ。
ある1日の流れ
- 9時 出社・朝礼スケジュールの確認・資料の準備
- 10時 お客様先へ出発 社用車で向かいます
- 12時 お昼
- 13時 お客様先へ訪問
- 17時 帰社 明日の資料準備・営業報告記入
- 18時 退社 お疲れ様でした
- 残業はほぼありません
