(2) R&D、運営、マーケティングチームと連携し、現地リソースを統合し、日本における製品の運営パフォーマンスに責任を持つ;
(3) 日々日本の運営チームを指揮します。
(1)負責在日本发行的游戏产品运营战略制定,能够基于游戏运营周期,拆分运营目标以及规划;
(2)协调研发、运营,市场团队,充分调动日本本土资源,为产品在日本的运营成绩负责;
(3)对日本本土运营团队进行日常管理
要件:
1、日本ゲーム業界で5年以上の経験があり、プロジェクトを成功させた経験があることが望ましい;
2、国際的なチーム経験を持ち、国際的なチームのワークフローを理解し、適応できる;
3、ゲームが好きで、日本のゲーム市場やユーザーの嗜好について十分な知識と理解を持っていること;
4、日本語が母国語レベルであり、中国語または英語に堪能であることが望ましい;
5、コミュニケーション能力とリソース調整能力が高く、部門を超えたコミュニケーションとコラボレーションを推進できる。
