高校生の皆さんに

「関学」の魅力を伝えるお仕事です

《フォロー体制万全の職場なので異業種からの転職も安心》

《人と話す事が好き・大学や広報の仕事に興味のある方をお待ちしています》

主に高校生を対象に、大学職員として

本学の魅力を伝える広報職員を募集します。

「営業業務」「企画・広報業務」と

その他付随業務をお任せします。

※勤務開始日は、

4月1日(または5月1日)になります。

【具体的には】

  • 訪問営業業務

・高校生やその保護者向けの進学説明会

や相談会への参加・説明

・高等学校への訪問

など

高校や予備校、進学説明会等に行き、

関西学院大学の魅力を

高校生や保護者の皆さん、

進路担当の先生にお伝えします。

  • 訪問エリア

関西地区を中心。

地区外への出張が月に数回程度あり。

  • 企画・広報関連業務

・雑誌・新聞企画

・インターネット企画

・オープンキャンパス企画

・大学紹介ビデオ企画

・進学説明会企画

・入試広報 など

営業活動を行う際に、

どのように当大学を魅力を伝えるか、

広報を行う媒体やイベントに応じて

企画していただきます。

今回は、社会人経験をお持ちの方の募集となりますが

下記の(1)~(5)を満たす方

(1)関西学院に理解のある方

(2)4年制もしくは短期大学を卒業の方

(3)営業やプレゼン等の経験をお持ちの方

(4)Word、ExcelなどMicrosoft Officeソフトの知識・スキルをお持ちの方

(5)普通自動車第一種運転免許をお持ちの方(AT限定可)

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり149時間

【平日】8:50~16:50

【土曜】8:50~12:20

※隔週土曜休暇制度あり、超過勤務あり

※平均所定労働時間(1か月あたり):149時間は目安です

日曜、祝日、隔週土曜

夏期休暇(8/13~8/21)、創立記念日(9/28)

基本給:月給 40万4500円

固定残業代:なし

【雇用期間】

2026年4月1日(もしくは5月1日)~2027年3月31日

※翌年度以降、1年毎の雇用契約とし、

最長2031年3月31日まで更新の可能性あり。

※勤務開始日は、4月1日(5月1日)になります。

※採用日の6か月前から採用日までに、

学校法人関西学院に雇用されている方またはされていた方は

「有期労働契約における契約年限に関する規程」が適用され、

任期が制限される場合があります。
