Introduction to the job

  • Support YieldStar metrology process development and performance improvement for Rapidus in Chitose, Hokkaido

    • Role and responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs, create clear problem description with customer and deliver solutions in an efficient manner
  • Lead escalations as customer interface, communicating with ASML experts in Veldhoven (the Netherlands)
  • Collaborate across departments to share lessons learned and stay up to date with BKMs (best known methods)
  • Manage and maintain relationship with Micron and ASML stakeholders
  • Support other ASML products as needed, such as EUV, DUV, VCP, etc.

    • Education and experience

  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree + 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry

    • Skills

  • Strong communication skill (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skill
  • Basic computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Data analysis skills (Excel, MATLAB, Python, R, etc.)

    • Language requirement

  • English: TOEIC > =600, ability to lead technical discussion
  • Japanese: JLPT N2 or higher, ability to participate in technical discussion

    • Nice to have

  • Semiconductor knowledge and experience, especially front end process
  • Project management experience

    • Other information

  • Some work in a cleanroom environment is required
  • Work location: ASML Chitose Office (Hokkaido, Japan)
  • Onboarding and on the job training will take place at ASML Hiroshima office in Higashi-hiroshima, reporting to the Hiroshima Apps YieldStar supervisor in 2024
  • From 2025, the employee will work from the ASML Chitose Office and report to the Rapidus Apps supervisor

    想定月給:365,000~
    ※上記は基本級+賞与の金額。別途残業手当支給
    ※給与改定、賞与:有(年1回 3月)

    ・就業場所
    北海道
    業務上の必要により以下に入社後就業場所の変更を行うことがあります。
    広島、三重、熊本、岩手、長崎、大分

    ・勤務時間
    所定労働時間は7時間30分(休憩1時間)とし、区分に応じて以下の3通りが選択可能です。
    8:30〜17:00、9:00〜17:30、9:30〜18:00

    ・所定時間外労働:有
