【高時給1200円スタート】六本松駅チカの不動産会社で、
「週1回の清掃」と「週1~2回のオフィスワーク」をお任せします。
基本的に1人作業なので、人間関係のストレスフリー
PC入力ができれば、事務未経験でも大歓迎です

【具体的な仕事内容】
不動産管理会社での事務と、管理物件の清掃業務を兼務していただきます。
オフィスワーク(週1~2回 / 六本松事務所)
・PCを使ったデータ入力(Excel・Wordの基本操作ができればOK)
・契約書などの書類整理、ファイリング
・電話対応(取次ぎ程度)、来客対応
・営業スタッフのサポート業務巡回清掃(週1回 / 宇美町のマンション)
・社用車を使用して現地へ移動(移動中も給与発生)
・マンション共用部(廊下・階段・エントランス)の掃き掃除、拭き掃除
・電球切れのチェック、ゴミ拾い など
※特殊な機械は使いません。普段の家事スキルで十分対応可能です
【1日の流れ(例:清掃の日)】
10:00 六本松の事務所に出社。鍵を持って社用車で出発
11:00 宇美町の物件に到着。共用部の清掃開始(モクモク1人作業)
13:00 清掃終了。事務所へ戻ります。
14:00 事務所着。簡単な報告をして退社。「お疲れ様でした」

【MUST(必須条件)】
・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)※宇美町への移動のため
・基本的なPC操作ができる方(文字入力などのタイピングができればOK)
【WANT(歓迎条件)】
・1人でモクモクと作業するのが好きな方
・事務経験はあるけれど、ブランクがある方
・家事や育児のスキマ時間を活用したい主婦(夫)さん
・Wワークで効率よく稼ぎたいフリーターさん
勤務地
週1回程度のマンション清掃は、事務所ではなく宇美町になります。

給与詳細
基本給:時給 1200円 〜 1400円

・事務所勤務時は基本的に1人体制となる時間が多いです。
・「周りに気を使わずマイペースに働きたい」という方に最適
