Role Overview
当社は、未来の空のモビリティを創造する空飛ぶクルマ(eVTOL/電動垂直離着陸機)の開発・製造を加速させています。この革新的なプロジェクトを成功に導くため、航空機の安全性と信頼性を支える品質保証の専門家を募集します。本ポジションは、品質マネジメントシステム(QMS)の構築・運用、各種文書作成、法規制対応などを通じて、製品全体の品質を保証する重要な役割を担います。
品質マネジメントシステムの構築・運用:
- JIS Q 9100をはじめとする品質基準や法規制に基づき、品質保証の仕組みとルールを策定し、その実施と継続的な改善を推進します。
- JIS Q 9100認証の取得および維持に向けた品質管理体制を構築・運用します。
製品ライフサイクル全体の品質管理:
- 製品の設計段階から製造、運用に至るまで、ライフサイクル全体を通じて品質プロセスを設計し、品質向上に貢献します。
- 設計、製造、調達など、関連部署と連携し、一貫した品質管理・検査体制を構築します。
サプライヤー品質管理:
- 購買品に対する品質保証活動として、品質管理要件の策定、受入検査、現地監査などを実施します。
- サプライヤーとの品質取り決め(Q&A、品質保証協定など)を締結・管理します。
検査計画の策定と管理:
- 製品の安全性と性能を確保するため、検査内容の検討、検査指示書の作成、製品検査など、各種検査計画を策定・管理します。
※勤務地に関する補足:2026年夏頃に、現在の名古屋空港オフィスから静岡県磐田市の製造工場へ勤務地が変更となる予定です。
必須スキル
- 製造業における品質保証または品質管理の実務経験(3年以上)
- ISO9001やJIS Q 9100に関する知識と実務経験
- 品質関連の文書(規定、マニュアル、報告書など)作成スキル
歓迎スキル
- 航空機産業における品質保証業務の経験
- AS/EN/JISQ9100審査員資格を有している方(産業経験審査員)
- 航空機開発・製造での航空局対応のご経験
- モビリティ製品に関する開発サイクル全体での品質保証/品質管理の実務経験
- プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
- 日常会話レベル以上の英語力

雇用形態

勤務時間
- フレックスタイム制、もしくは裁量労働制
- 裁量労働制の場合:みなし労働時間/日:10時間00分
- フレックスタイム制の場合:1日当たりの労働時間:8時間、コアタイムなし

給与
- 想定年収:544万円 - 1000万円
- 月給:454,000円 ~ 857,000円
- 固定残業報酬:45時間、 157,173円 ~ 296,697円を支給
※超過した時間外労働の残業時間代は追加支給
