幼児~小学生のお子様を対象とした
英会話レッスンを担当していただきます。
【 * 具体的な仕事内容 * 】
〇英会話レッスン実施(メイン業務)
生徒の個性や理解度に合わせて
楽しくて効果的なレッスンを行います。
子どもたちの「英語を話したい」を
引き出してみましょう
〇保護者様とのコミュニケーション
送迎時の挨拶や専用アプリを通して
生徒の成長やレッスンの様子を伝えます。
〇体験レッスンおよび入会案内
お問い合わせがあった方に向けた
体験レッスンを実施。教室の魅力を伝えて
新しい生徒さんを迎えます。
〇教室運営サポート
レッスン準備、教室の環境整備など。
※教材費や生徒募集のための販促品費は
不要当社ですべてご用意します。

マニュアルを完備しているほか、
入社時に丁寧な研修をご用意しています
アクティビティやトーク例をベースに、
ご自身の強みを活かしたレッスンを
探しながら挑戦できます。
【 * Wワークする先生の1日(例) * 】
15:00 1つめのお仕事終了
16:00 教室到着レッスン準備
16:30 レッスンスタート小学生2コマ
18:30 レッスン終了
19:00 片付け、明日の準備をして退勤
※すべての事務作業と生徒との基本的なコミュニケーションは日本語で行います。

資格
「日常英会話レベル」の英語力必須
※目安「TOEIC650点以上」「英検2級以上」
TOEICや英検の受験経験がなくても
日常英会話ができる方であればOK
先生・講師経験不問
スタッフの90%以上が未経験入社です。
