Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 住み慣れた土地で認知症高齢者を24時間ケアする地域密着型のグループホームです。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 認知症の方に真摯な姿勢で向き合い、ご自身らしく生活ができるようお手伝いをします。排泄、食事、入浴等の介助だけでなく、買い物やお食事作り等の日々の生活全般を利用者さん達が自身で継続的に行えるよう、環境作りや仲介・見守りを行います。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 資格・年齢・経験は問いません。研修制度が整っているので未経験の方も安心してお仕事を始められます。

A. 最期の時まで、その方らしく過ごして頂くために、出来ることまで奪わない"当たり前の生活"を支援したいという想いを持った方が活躍しています。

【勤務時間例】

・8:00~17:00(休憩60分)

・9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

・11:00~20:00(休憩60分)

・10:00~19:00(休憩60分)

・夜勤 17:00~11:00(休憩120分)

日勤のみの勤務も相談に応じます。マイカー通勤可能で通勤も便利です。

※「事業所間での異動あり。通勤などは考慮します。」

≪給与詳細≫

・基本給:186,000円~200,775円

・ベア:7,000円

・夜勤手当:4,000円/回

・資格手当(介護福祉士:5,000円、介護支援専門員:10,000円)

・扶養手当:一人につき3,000円

・通勤手当:実費支給(上限20,000円)

・役付手当:30,000円

・昇給:年1回

・賞与:年2回 2.0ヵ月分(前年度実績)
