Roles and Tasks
Main Responsibility: To lead cyber security improvement activity in Kawasaki plant and Higashi-ogishima KD packing plant, and Nakatsu-plant. To guide activity in other location like Mitsubishi Fuso Bus Mfg. as well.
- To lead shopfloor cybersecurity activity in MFTBC.
(including achievement of NIST CSF (Daimler CSF) CMMI rating 3.5 by 2024) - Establishing process/standards for shopfloor cyber security related topics
(including adjustment/agreement with relevant departments) - Coordinating with other Daimler Trucks on shopfloor cybersecurity topics
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders
(Manufacturing Engineering, Equipment Maintenance, Operation dept., Logistics, IT, procurement, etc..) - Shopfloor OT asset management
Qualifications and Practical Experience
- Has knowledge in shopfloor OT equipment.
- Has strong knowledge in shopfloor cyber security (OT cybersecurity)
- A strong interest/drive in improving shopfloor cybersecurity
- Having qualification such as Registered Information Security Specialist (IPA 情報処理安全確保支援士), CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CompTIA CySA+, or equivalent level qualifications.
- General knowledge of trucks and automobiles preferable
- Full fluency in Japanese is required
- Business level English is required (to lead meeting, read/write documents, etc..) with Business level Japanese
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite - especially PowerPoint & Excel
