仕事内容
【主な業務内容】
- SNSの販促企画・実行
InstagramやTikTokなどでブランドのファンを増やすための投稿企画を立て、実行します。お客様がワクワクするようなコンテンツをつくり、コミュニティを盛り上げてください。
- ECサイトのビジュアルディレクション
新商品のローンチや特集企画のビジュアルを提案。撮影ディレクションから、魅力的な商品写真の選定、サイトのレイアウト調整まで一貫して担当します。あなたの手掛けたビジュアルが、ECサイトの売上を大きく左右します。
- 撮影業務
公式SNSやECサイトの撮影に立ち会います。モデルやヘアメイク、スタイリストなど外部のプロフェッショナルと協力し、ブランドの世界観を表現します。
- 店舗との連携
Webで人気が出たコーディネートなどを店舗向けの資料にまとめ、全国のスタッフの接客をサポート。お客様がより良い買い物体験をできるよう、Webとリアルの両面から貢献してください。
給与
正社員
年収350万~ (賞与含む)
月額(基本給):231,000円~

資格・経験
- 必須条件
・ファッションへの情熱があり、トレンドに敏感な方
・コミュニケーション能力が高く、チームや外部スタッフと円滑に仕事ができる方
・受け身ではなく、自ら積極的にアイデアを発信できる方
- 歓迎条件
・オンラインやSNS等に興味があり、企画経験ある方
・アパレルやファッション業界のWEBコンテンツ制作の経験がある方
・写真、動画撮影のディレクション経験がある方
・アパレル経験がある方(接客・販売、商品管理など)
