Land an end-to-end value proposition for Security (Zero Trust) across Microsoft Security offerings, focusing on Threat Protection, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security.

• Solution Positioning & Delivery

Role
As a Security professional, your mission is to protect customer trust and enable secure digital transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations strengthen their security posture across identity, access, threat protection, compliance, and cloud security. This role focuses on:

• Driving end-to-end security strategies that embed Zero Trust principles and align with Microsoft's Secure Future Initiative.
• Partnering with customers and internal teams to assess risks, design secure architectures, and implement advanced security solutions.
• Championing secure-by-design and secure-by-default practices, ensuring that security is prioritized in every product, process, and engagement.
• Influencing security roadmaps and adoption by sharing insights, removing blockers, and enabling operational health for hybrid and cloud environments.
• Continuously improving security operations to anticipate and mitigate evolving threats, while fostering compliance and resilience.

Qualifications
Required Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related technical field

AND

3+ years of experience in cloud security architecture, cybersecurity strategy, infrastructure design, or enterprise identity and access management

OR equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft Purview, including:
• Designing and implementing identity governance and access control frameworks
• Deploying Purview for data classification, DLP, IRM, and compliance scenarios
• Integrating hybrid identity solutions and managing federated authentication (e.g., ADFS, PKI)
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise security delivery.
• Security Certifications: Must hold or be actively pursuing SC-100 (Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect) or equivalent (e.g., CISSP, AZ-500, SC-200). SC-100 is required if other security certifications are already held7.
• Business proficiency in Japanese is required.
• Knowledge in Microsoft 365 platform is required.

Preferred Qaulification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
• 3+ years experience working on technical projects.

Deep understanding of Zero Trust architecture.

Expertise in Microsoft Defender suite (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365).

Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access.

Cloud security principles and governance.

Threat modeling and risk assessment.
