■業務内容■
運営管理のプロフェッショナルとして
-新拠点の全工程(受取・ピッキング・梱包・発送)を統括し、シームレスな運営を実現
-データに基づいた店舗レイアウトとピッキングルートの最適化により、業務効率を最大化
-高精度な在庫管理システムの構築と維持
-SLAと品質基準を確実に達成し、顧客満足度の向上に貢献
-チームリーダーとしてメンバーの指導・育成を通じて、高パフォーマンスチームを構築
-明確なKPI設定とフィードバックにより、チーム全体の生産性を向上
-安全で働きがいのある職場環境づくりを推進
-データドリブンな意思決定者として注文精度、処理時間、在庫回転率などの主要指標を分析・活用
-ボトルネックを特定し、実効性のある改善策を立案・実行
-日次・週次レポートを通じて、経営層への的確な情報提供を実施

■教育制度■
入社後、約1週間はAmazonのリーダーとして必要な会社のカルチャーや、配送拠点の基本的な業務を一通り学ぶことができる座学の機会を提供します。各部署へ配属後は、トレーナーのもと、OJTで工程知識やツールの使用方法など基礎知識を学んでいきます。トレーニング資料も完備しており、相互に進捗を確認しながら独り立ちまでしっかりとサポートしますので、未経験者も安心してスタートができる環境です。

- 顧客対応環境、倉庫業務、物流、または製造業での2年以上の経験
- ピープルマネジメント経験(アルバイトでも可)

- エクセル中級レベル以上(VLOOKUP、ピボット、マクロ等)
- チームワークを重視し、チームプレーのための気配りができる方
- 向上心があり、今よりも成長したいという熱意がある方
