・デジタル技術を用いたモダンアプリケーションのアーキテクチャ設計と開発

・高度な技術力・経験による開発チームのリード(課題解決やチーム育成)

・モバイルアプリケーションの設計、開発の経験

・クラウドネイティブアプリケーションの設計、開発の経験

・スクラム開発チームでのプロダクト開発経験

・新技術に興味があり、フロント技術やクラウド技術などの最新動向に詳しく、最新技術の評価ができる方

・非開発者(ビジネス部門や顧客)とのコミュニケーション、仕様策定、各種折衝・調整等の経験
