・新規部門立ち上げのため

カチタスは築古戸建領域で11年連続マーケットリーダークラスを維持し、日本の空き家課題の解決に挑んでいます。今後は「年間棟数10000棟」という大きな目標を掲げ、事業成長を支えるためのDX推進を加速中です。

その中核となるのが、AWSを基盤としたクラウドインフラでの統合プラットフォーム構築やデータ分析基盤の構築など、全社のDXを支える基盤設計をリードできるインフラエンジニアを募集します。

■業務内容

・AWS環境の設計・構築・運用(EC2 S3 RDS IAM Lambda 等)

・ネットワーク・セキュリティ設計、最適化

・クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャの導入支援

・インフラ全体の運用方針策定、技術選定、チームマネジメント

■本ポジションの魅力

■配属先

DX推進部門は現在部長1名(40代男性・中途入社者)に情報システム部門4名、DX企画部門17名(業務委託含む)で構成されています。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・AWS環境の設計・運用経験(3年以上)

・Lambdaを含むサーバーレス構成の設計・実装経験

・Pythonによる運用自動化スクリプトの開発経験

・ネットワーク/セキュリティの設計・運用経験

・CI/CDパイプラインの構築・改善経験

・インフラコード管理(Terraform CloudFormation等)の経験

・チームマネジメントまたは技術リード経験

【給与】

年収750~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
