【仕事内容】

東京都内のオフィスビルや商業施設などを中心とした設備改修工事における、施工管理業務全般を担当いただきます。

現場の品質・安全・工程を管理し、協力会社や施主との調整を行いながら、

プロジェクトの円滑な進行を支える重要なポジションです。

《主な業務内容》

・工事現場での品質管理、安全管理、工程管理、予算管理

・工期スケジュールの作成および進捗確認

・協力会社の手配および作業調整

・建築主・元請との打ち合わせおよび各種報告

・改修設備の仕様確認・施工立会・検査対応

・現場書類作成、写真管理、報告資料の提出

・担当現場は東京都内中心、出張なし

・勤務先は株式会社竹中工務店の各プロジェクト現場

・経験や資格に応じ、担当規模・業務範囲を調整

求める人材:

【必須スキル】

・施工管理経験者

※下記、いずれかの資格・経験をお持ちの方

・設備施工管理の経験

・1級・2級管工事施工管理技士

・消防設備士(甲種1類/乙種6類)

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~17:00(休憩60分/実働8時間)

※現場工程により変動の可能性あり

・完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥400,000 〜 ¥800,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥63,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
