グループホームにて、

入居者さまが安心して日常生活を送れるようサポートする世話人のお仕事です。

洗濯・掃除・炊事など、

普段の家事経験を活かしながら働けるため、

未経験の方やブランクがある方も始めやすいお仕事です。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・掃除・洗濯・炊事・買い物など、日常生活の支援

・利用者様への声かけ・相談対応

・食事や入浴など、必要に応じた身体介助

・記録作成、チーム内での情報共有

利用者様と一緒に「日常を楽しむ」ことを大切にしています。

未経験からでも、先輩スタッフが丁寧にサポートしますのでご安心ください。

9:00 出勤/洗濯・掃除など家事業務

11:00 昼食準備

12:00 休憩

13:00 後片付け・共有スペースの整備

15:00 記録作成・業務終了
